 Q. How soon after my consultation can I enjoy my own potted containers?
A. We strive to offer not just distinctive pots, but excellent customer service. Our goal is to have your containers ready for you to display in approximately one to two weeks. Should there be an unforeseen delay we will do our best to keep you informed on your project's progress.
Q. I am not a gardener, so how do I take care of my POTS2GO?
A. All living things need water, so maintain your pots by watering them as needed throughout the dry season, generally twice a week, and follow the simple care instructions provided. If, despite your loving care, a plant dies, please call us and we will provide a complementary replacement.
Q. Do I need to fertilize my POTS2GO?
A. We make it easy by prefertilizing your pots for you. POTS2GO pots also contain rich, composted soil and high quality organic fertilizer which provide an optimal growing medium.
Q. How long does a POTS2GO planted container last?
A. We at POTS2GO, pride ourselves on hand selecting healthy plants suitable for the chosen location, so from the start your containers are primed to thrive. As seasons change, or about every six months, contact us to spiff up and refertilize your pots with fresh new plant material.
Q. Speaking of plant materials, what kinds of plants are in a POTS2GO pot?
A. POTS2GO pots can include a variety of plants such as dwarf fruit trees, small shrubs, bulbs, herbaceous perennials, annuals, ornamental trees, grasses, or succulents. We work hard to seek out unique, unusual plants and compose sophisticated, thoughtful color combinations full of vibrancy, texture and drama. Best of all, we hand select the best plants available so you don't have to run around to various plant nurseries to find them all yourself.
Q. I am having a party this summer and need planters, pronto, can you help?
A. Although summer tends to be our busy season, we can occasionally accommodate rush orders, please contact us, and POTS2GO will try to come to your rescue. With more advance notice, we can compose the perfect look for a romantic dinner outdoors, graduation parties, barbeques and other outdoor gatherings.
